Lance E. Fallin, DDS

Hello, I’m Dr. Lance Fallin. I was drawn to dentistry at a young age after an accident requiring dental treatment. Originally from Ruston, Louisiana, I attended Louisiana Tech University before graduating from The LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans with my DDS degree in 1996.

I enjoy being able to help people improve and sustain their oral health. I also understand that dental anxiety is a real condition many people suffer from. I work very hard to provide a comfortable environment for my patients, which has garnered me a loyal following.

Following a few years of working in other practices, Dr. Shelly and I moved to Zachary and opened our practice.  From our humble beginnings in 1998, in which we had a small office, we have grown immensely. We completed our first addition and renovation in 2003 and completely reworked the office in 2013. We love that we can see patients of all ages under one roof, and our patients do as well.

Dr. Shelly and I have two children, Evan and Wade, and I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending LSU sporting events, golfing, and fishing.
